How to redeem your cash back rewards

The cash back you earn with the Costco Anywhere Visa® Card accumulates throughout the year. After your February credit card statement closes, you’ll receive your credit card reward certificate for the prior year in your February billing statement.

As long as you’re an active Costco member, have an open Costco Anywhere Visa® Card account and have earned more than $1 in rewards the prior year, you’re eligible to receive a credit card reward certificate.

There are 2 ways to redeem your credit card rewards certificate:

Use your certificate to purchase merchandise at a U.S Costco warehouse. (Certificates cannot be redeemed online at Costco.com.)

Present your certificate to redeem for cash at a U.S. Costco warehouse.

Your credit card reward certificate expires on December 31st of the year it’s issued, so it’s important to redeem it using one of the methods outlined above before it expires.
