This hospital should be shut down beware run do not come here. I came Thursday afternoon to the ER they let me sit for four hours in the corner by myself, screaming to the top of my lungs in agony and in pain I had a golf size stone in my kidney however they gave me no pain medicine they just watched me laughing snacking watching me as if I was a circus animal me being heavy and dark skin after they accuse me of being on drugs and I’ve never done drugs a day in my life. One of the best emergency rooms in the city!! They don’t make you wait 5 plus hours to see a doctor like Rush hospital!!! In and out fast and they actually resolve your problem. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Good Morning, My Dr. is a man of his words. My last visit before my surgery Dr.Elikil said; I wouldn’t have tears running down my face of pain anymore and I don’t. 2 weeks later I’m in minimal discomfort, absent of pain medication and healing. The whole team is extremely helpful, kind and supportive. The same day surgery is wonderful. I was scared at first but peace is what I felt

If I were permitted to assign a rating of a negative million stars, I would do so without hesitation. This facility has provided us with the most abhorrent experience we have ever encountered with any hospital. The staff exhibited a profound lack of knowledge, professionalism, and qualifications, and their demeanor was consistently rude. I'm very disappointed in the care my uncle received in the Emergency Room! The nurses were not very attentive and provided poor service. Blood was taken and then left in the room; the IV needle was left in the bed; cardiac leads were left on him after service was completed. There's a certain responsibility that should be given when caring for people! And since this is the hospital that so many in the community are taken to because of where we live, we expect the same quality of service and treatment given at Northwestern.... read more
