The NHS Wheelchair Service is contracted out to AJM Healthcare, who provide specialist seating, mobility and pressure care to adults and children with long term mobility problems. This service is available to residents who are registered with an Ealing GP. AJM Healthcare provides a comprehensive service including clinical assessment, delivery of equipment, repairs and maintenance. NHS Wheelchairs are available for patients with long-term conditions. You can be referred by your GP or a Health Professional such as a District Nurse, or you can refer yourself by completing a referral form. AJM Healthcare will check your form and offer you an appointment for a clinical wheelchair assessment. Referral Forms are available from your GP or can be downloaded from the North West London Wheelchair service website Please use the main switchboard number 0808 164 2040 for normal The emergency repair service will operate from 7am to 9am and 5pm to 11pm on weekdays. Weekend emergency cover operates from 7am to 11pm, including bank holidays.
