Hilton has announced its strategic expansion for 2026, which includes the opening of several luxury and lifestyle hotels worldwide. The company aims to enhance its presence in key markets by introducing new properties under its Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, LXR, NoMad, Signia, Curio Collection, and Tapestry Collection brands. In 2026, Hilton plans to open the Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, featuring 100 rooms and suites, along with 17,500 square feet of branded residences. The property is located near Buckingham Palace and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. Additionally, Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur will debut in Malaysia with 272 suites in the first quarter of 2026. Conrad Hotels & Resorts will expand its footprint with new openings in Athens, Corfu, Kuala Lumpur, Nagoya, and Riyadh. Conrad Corfu, Hilton's first luxury resort in Greece, will offer 136 rooms and open in the third quarter of 2026. Conrad Kuala Lumpur will feature 481 rooms and is anticipated to open in the third quarter of 2026. The Den Bengaluru, part of LXR Hotels & Resorts, is expected to open in the second quarter of 2026 in Bengaluru's tech district of Whitefield. NoMad Singapore will mark the brand's debut in Asia Pacific, offering 173 rooms in the heart of Orchard Road, with an anticipated opening in 2026. Signia by Hilton will introduce new properties in Tainan, Taiwan, and Indianapolis, USA. Signia by Hilton Tainan is set to open in the second quarter of 2026, while the Indianapolis location is expected in the third quarter of 2026. Hilton's lifestyle brands, Curio Collection and Tapestry Collection, are projected to surpass 200 openings worldwide by 2026. New Curio Collection hotels are planned for San Antonio, Bengaluru, Wuxi, San Sebastian, and Kasteel Gemert. Tapestry Collection will debut in Maui, La Paz, and Hoi An. The expansion reflects Hilton's strategy to cater to evolving traveler preferences, with a focus on immersive experiences and cultural connections.
