Whenever you get redirected to log in through Google and get stuck in a loop while logging into your store, it’s usually caused by the following reasons: You have a different Google account connected to your Shopify store. This can happen if you recently changed emails, or if you are logged into a different google account. You set up your account using Google login and have not set up a password for your Shopify account. The quickest solution is to try to recall your original google account that’s connected to the store and to log in using that account. If you can’t remember which account that is, you can reset your password by following the steps on this page and then log in directly without the use of the Google account. If you still have trouble logging into your store after resetting your password, please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache and then try logging in directly with your email again. Once you regain access to your admin, you’ll need to disconnect the current Google account from your store to prevent login issues from happening again. You can do this by following the steps below. In your Shopify admin, click your name on the top right corner. Click Manage Account. Scroll to the Login service section. Click Disconnect. Please note you’ll have to log in directly using your email address, without the use of a Google account, moving forward.
