MyFairwayServicing Customer Portal Upgrade Announcement MyFairwayServicing released an update on June 4th that impacted all users. If this is your first time signing in since the update, please follow the steps below to set up your account.
Already set up your account following the release? to bypass this message and Sign In. Get StartedPlease select your user type from the options below to begin your account conversion or registration. If you have never used MyFairwayServicing to manage your mortgage, select New Users. If you are a current MyFairwayServicing user, please select Existing Users. The links within the resources below will open in a new window. While completeing the steps outlined in each section, please feel free to navigate back to this page during the process for helpful tips.
To create your MyFairwayServicing account, visit the page. Click Register Your Account to initiate the process. Once you've registered and signed in, visit the "Make A Payment" tab below for assistance with navigating common payment scenarios. Existing Users
Future dated one-time ACH payments entered into the prior version of MyFairwayServicing will process, however these pending payments are not viewable on the new MyFairwayServicing and cannot be modified or canceled online. Please be assured you will see the posted payment in the online transaction history once it processes on the selected future-date. If you previously chose to save your financial institution routing and account numbers for use when processing one-time payments on the website or mobile app, this information will need to be re-entered when processing a payment for the first time on the new MyFairwayServicing.
Usernames Containing Special Characters It is necessary to re-register your MyFairwayServicing account. Visit the page. Click Register Your Account to initiate the process. When registering, your Date of Birth must be entered in this format MM/DD/YYYY. The slashes separating MM/DD/YYYY must be included to proceed. Press play to view the step by step video.
