Preferred formats: press-ready PDF, AI, or EPS.

Color mode: CMYK (provide Pantone numbers if spot colors are required).

Resolution: 300 dpi at final size (large-format ok at ~150 dpi).

Bleeds, Margins & Fonts

Bleed: 0.125" (1/8") on all sides.

Safe area: keep critical content 0.125" inside trim (0.25" for booklets/folders).

Outline fonts or embed; include linked images.

Minimum line weight: 0.25 pt; avoid unintended overprints.

Proofs & Sending Files

You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production.

Name files clearly (Project_Version_Date).
