I agree. We bought our home 3 years ago and I had no idea how many rental homes there were here. Now looking around, it's painfully obvious. I didn't know you could leave rentals without window treatments, but there's a good reason you shouldn't. When we were moving from our old house to this house, we took the curtains/blinds because we bought them, but I figured the landlord would replace them quicker than they did. As a result, someone broke into our old house and stole the copper pipes out of it. Thankfully we weren't charged for the theft, but it's something to thinking about. Maybe you could remind them of the possibilaty of theft of copper pipes. Good luck! (责任编辑：) |
