The only time they charge me ahead of time is if I'm checking in past 8pm and they need to hold the room for a late arrival. As far as PNC Bank, I would at least like an explanation for why they are cancelling my account. If they're doing it because they suspect a lot of fraud activity on my low-balance checking account because of the frequent address changes, then I think I at least deserve a written statement to this effect. Nice to know all the huge Wall Street banks can bilk the American people out of TRILLIONS over the subprime crisis and get a govt. bailout but when it comes to Joe Schmo customers like me, they don't even have to explain themselves! Don't you love it when a company is "too big to fail" and can act however it wants? We're all DOOMED. |
