SDS Payroll Services utilizes Paylocity ( or Paylocity mobile app), which means you can access payroll items yourself. The directions below will help you gain access to your payroll records. In Paylocity you can view and print check stubs or tax records, as well as change your address, phone number, bank account, tax elections and more. You must register for an account to be able to access these records.

First time users of Paylocity Self Service will need to register themselves:

Go to the Paylocity website at .

Click the Customer Login link at the top right of the screen.

Click the Click Here link in the WebPay Customers section.

Click the Register New User Account option from the login screen.

Enter the Paylocity assigned Company Id: 7053

Enter Last Name.

Enter Social Security number (SSN) without dashes.

Enter ZIP Code (five characters only).

Enter the User Name, which is not case sensitive. User names must contain three to 20 characters.

Enter the password and confirm it. Passwords are case sensitive and must contain seven to 20 characters. Passwords must contain three of the following four types of characters: number, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and non-alphanumeric characters.

Click the Save button.

When registration has been completed, a message will appear stating "Successful registration! Please click the Log into Web Pay button below."

Login after Registration

After the initial login registration, the user will be able to log in through the main screen by using company code 7053, username and password. If locked out, click the reset password link to initiate a password reset (sent to your email on file).
