Well I'm sitting here looking at a half eaten bacon cheeseburger. I'm almost too upset to finish it. My family ordered 3 meals.... A plain cheeseburger, a garden burger with no cheese and a bacon cheeseburger. Guess what the garden burger had !? Cheese...???? Every single one of the burgers look like they were made and then punched. It's Friday, there was a huge line, there was abunch of teenage boys working. I get it. Hey, owners. Watch your employees. Got home & took a couple bits of my big t and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth, I noticed the people serving & taking my... order in the drive threw had Harry dirty shirts not clean cut completely not fit to be handling food . 3/4 of a Burger waisted& wish I could upload pictures. I've been ordering food for 20 years at big toms & noticed the decline in taste, service, andcleanliness what a shame. Read more

Always good food, typically a bit of a wait in drive thru line. Milkshakes are great! Staff is... Unexcited. No huge... complaints, we return about once a month. Read more

Ordered 2 burgers and a shake. The Big tom burger is supposed to come with tots. "Supposed". They didn't add it. Asked to no... pickled on my other burger. "Asked". It still had pickles. The shake was mediocre. Burger and fries still good. Whoever isrunning it right now is screwing up. Get your quality control together. Not feeling the high price is worth it. Read more

It's been practically 4 years since I had my first burger there. The amazing aroma of the burger brought back memories. It would... be towards your advantage to get a great meal plus their great service. I plan to visit again!!! Read more
