Rox598 If it makes you feel any better, my order got held up in TN as well. Though my order is just accessories. Whole heart goes out for you and your stealth. Just contacted razer customer support, and they say wait. This is my first time encountering this problem.
MayGreensleekvine618 I purchased a Razer Blade 15 from the online Razer store and tracking shows it has been held in a "clearance delay" since Saturday February 23. I did call Fedex and was told that there was no estimate on how long it would be held in Customs.

cstamp Oh that makes me feel better haha. Mine was shipped on the 23rd and when I called fedex they said it’s in a shipment of about 90 other packages so that’s why it’s going to take awhile to clear customs . Hope yours gets to you soon !
cstamp Mine too, ours are probably in the same shipment Same issue here. Ordered a mouse on Feb. 22nd. First time it's ever happened to me. Interesting. I purchased on Feb 21st, order shipped on Feb 22nd, and arrived at customs on Feb 23rd. Timing lines up. Update: I just checked tracking and it indicates my shipment has been released and is moving in the system again!
Just checked, mine too. Thanks for letting us know. Glad I found you guys - thought I was the odd man out with a laptop stuck in TN hah. Mine is still stuck as of this AM, ordered on Sunday the 24th. This is my first Razer order, so I'm hoping this isn't normal lol. This is kind of a late reply, but this happened to my Quartz laptop because of an "incomplete invoice." I ended up contacting Razer first which didn't help, then messaged FedEx through Twitter. I gave them my info and a FedEx dude gave me a phone call explaining that it's just a waiting game when it comes to customs. But the day after I got the call, the laptop somehow magically got transported to my location, and it delivered the same day. So if you're concerned, I'd contact FedEx asap to get the ball moving. But I'm sure your package is ok. I haven't had any shipment held up for razer purchases but I did encounter some other e-commerce purchases being held by custom as they decided to perform a thorough check on that particular shipment. There's nothing much you can do except to wait for the custom to clear the container of goods. Be patient and I believe all would be good. :smile_:👍 Ouch - getting ready to order Advanced Blade 15 tomorrow and reading this I'm thinking perhaps Amazon may be a better way to go?

SurfaceMinion update: package cleared customs and was delivered 2 days past scheduled delivery date. large shipments (mine was in a shipment of 90 other orders) are held at customs for longer due to the clearance process.

A bit late to the conversation, but yes - a clearance delay in customs is absolutely normal. Usually they don't miss their shipment window, though.
Yeah similar boat here as apparently many. I ordered my rb15 3 days ago late at night and was pleasantly surprised to see it ship on Sunday due to deliver Wednesday but now it's stuck in customs. Weird thing is there are multiple descriptions of the delay. Currently just says "import" as the reason but five minutes prior to that in the history it says:
Clearance delay - Import ?Lol Also it's funny because if you start typing FedEx clearance delay in Google it populates razer before you finish typing delay. (责任编辑:) |
