The second phase added more stores such as Hollywood Bakery, Icebreaker Outlet, KFC, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, St Pierre’s Sushi, and Carls Jr. The third phase introduced more services such as The Airport Doctors, The Florist, The Sharing Shed, Jetts Fitness, Jamaica Blue Cafe, Habitual Fix, Kawau Kitchen, Szimpla Gastro Bar, and an ibis budget hotel. In March 2022, Auckland International Airport announced that it had started to develop a new premium outlet shopping centre on the southern end of the former golf club site (The outlet centre will be named Mānawa Bay). The outlet centre will be the first of its kind in New Zealand and will span about 25,000m2 of retail space. It will offer a mix of premium and designer brands, including international brands not readily available in New Zealand. The outlet centre will also feature a high-quality food and beverage precinct with views over a park-like setting and an inlet of the Manukau Harbour. The outlet centre is expected to open in 2024 and will create more than 500 jobs across 100-plus stores.

The shopping centre has ample customer parking available for free. There are about 1400 car parks on site, including accessible parking spaces. The parking area is well-lit and monitored by CCTV cameras.
