In my experience one of the worse Dama/Hollycorn casinos with 0 customer service.
In about 4 of over 100 casinos, their "security system" flags me as a duplicate account, which is 99% due to the fact that in Swiss train Wi-Fi all trains and users use the same IP, which can then lead to me having one that someone else has already had.

Through KYC, this has always been clarified via live chat and the "flag" removed.

This casino sends dubious promotional offers, and if you take advantage of them and request your bonus after three deposits, it claims the account is duplicate. Everyone has to judge for themselves how dubious this is. The system restricts the account invisibly for the customer and still sends offers to withdraw money, even though it knows the customer supposedly has duplicate accounts.

At all other casinos in the group, the matter was resolved quickly. For a long time, I didn't know that the train Wi-Fi connection was causing the problem, and the KYC confirmation shows the casino that there's only one actively used account for this person. But here in this casino, the chat system said they couldn't do anything, and my request to forward it to a manager with the appropriate authorization was also rejected. For a German company, that would be fraud and malicious deception, but of course, that's what their Curacao offshore license is for. What a shame!

In ca 4 von über 100 derer Casinos flaggt mich deren "Sicherheitssystem" als doppelten Account, was zu 99% daran liegt das im Schweizer Zug WLAN alle Züge & Nutzer dieselbe IP nutzen, was dann dazu führen kann das ich eine habe wo auch schonmal jemand hatte.

Durch die KYC wurde dies bisher immer via Live Chat geklärt und das "Flag" entfernt.

Dieses Casino hier schickt unseriös Promo Angebote und wenn Sie diese in Anspruch nehmen und nach 3 Deposits ihren Bonus anfordern, heisst es dann der Account sei eben doppelt. Wie unseriös das ist, soll jeder selbst beurteilen. Das System schränkt unsichtbar für den Kunden das Konto ein und verschickt aber trotzdem Angebote zum Geld kassieren obwohl es weiss, das der Kunde ja angeblich doppelte Konten habe.

In allen anderen Casinos der Gruppe wurde die Sache schnell geklärt, ich wusste lange Zeit ja nicht dass diese Zug Wlan Verbindung das Problem verursacht und durch die KYC Bestätigung sieht das Casino ja, es gibt nur 1 aktiv genutztes Konto zu dieser Person. Aber hier in diesem Haus meinte der Chat er könne da nichts machen, meine Bitte es an einen Manager mit entsprechenden Rechten weiterzuleiten wurde genauso abgelehnt. Bei einer deutschen Firma wäre das Betrug und arglistige Täuschung, aber klar dafür hat man ja seine Curacao Offshore Lizenz. Schade!
