All record checks will be processed using our online record system and the results will be sent to you by email. There is one fee for online checks which includes in-person assistance, if required. All checks will be processed in the order received. Identification requirementsAn applicant applying in person or who failed the EIV (Electronic Identification Verification) must provide two (2) current pieces of identification, one of which must be government-issued and include the applicant's name, date of birth, signature (where applicable), photo, and expiry date. Below are the identifications accepted by the Service.
