For months she didn't get a SMS netcode, I found out it was sent to her ancient Samsung which had been discarded. Had to click the option on the "Send Netcode" screen for SMS. Did she not install and log into the CommBank app on her new phone? Sending the NetCode via the app means it works when there's no phone reception, but you still have data (so, perfect when travelling eg overseas), and it's more secure than SMS. CommBank will opt to send the NetCode via the app by default once you've used the app, SMS is the fallback which you have to explicitly press. (责任编辑:) |
