东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号：152033002223001 燃气炉自动控制系统的设计 The design of automatic control system for gas furnace 学生姓名：刘斌 指导老师： 所在院系： 所学专业： 研究方向： 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2017年4月摘 要 本设计以单片机为核心，设计了燃气炉的自动控制系统。燃气炉通过感受压力来控制天然气的通断，在压力满足一定数值之后，相关的感应装置发出的信息利用模数转变机制，欧博代理将其传输至单片机，再经过此一设备加以处置，发出指令让电路通过电磁阀向燃气炉送气，拖延一秒后指挥脉冲点火器将火打着。通过温度传感器检测燃气炉是否已经点燃了，若没点燃则继续点火，若点燃则关闭点火器。 本文重点讲述压力传感器周遭电路的硬件设计，基于单片机的测量与显示，利用相关的感应装置把压力化转为电讯号，接着又利用计算放大器将其进一步扩大，传输到A／D转换器把模拟讯号化转为单片机能够鉴别的数字讯号，然后又通过单片机将其化转为能够让显示器识读的讯号，末了显现传输出去。在这一环节还可以利用键盘，把不同的信息及指令输进计算机体系，把单片机体系预先设置到需要的功用状况，显现出所需要的数值。 关键词：燃气炉 单片机 脉冲点火器 电磁阀 Abstract This design with the single chip processor as the core, the design of the automatic control system of gas furnace.Gas furnace by feeling the pressure to control the on-off of natural gas, after pressure to satisfy a certain value, the relevant information from the sensors using the modulus transformation mechanism, sending them to the single chip microcomputer, again after the disposal equipment, issue instructions to circuit through the electromagnetic valve to the gas type gas, a second delay after the command pulse ignition will be under fire.Gas burners are ignited by temperature sensor detection, if not ignite continues to ignition, if the lighting is close the igniter.
